Everything was brand-new here - outstandingly accommodating staff and new-fashioned rooms. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a kettle, a lounge and Wi-Fi. Delicious breakfast with lovely food served on time. The service was friendly, no complaints whatsoever. Working of free Wi-Fi throughout the property was OK.

The hotel was in a decent and exceptional location just next door to the lake as well as a hill for what we wanted it for. The breakfast had lots of food and it was sensational. Thanks for an enjoyable stay - will be back.

After a long journey, we were disappointed by the lack of service. Staff seemed disinterested, and requests felt burdensome. Limited dining options after 8 PM were frustrating. The room was not well-kept, and accessibility was a concern for those with mobility issues. Save your money!
